The team implementing the work of Batonga is led by a very hands-on Board of Directors. The members of the Board are assisted in their work by The Vox, a New York based consulting company, and Mona Grieser, a development expert who serves as Batonga’s principle technical advisor.

Mona Grieser
Senior Advisor to the Board, Batonga

Ms. Grieser has over 30 years of international development experience, and is considered to be in the forefront of innovation in delivery of health, education, gender and environmental programs. She has served as a senior adviser and consultant to UNICEF, the World Bank, USAID and UNDP. She has been a keynote speaker at a number of UN and other conferences and is on the Advisory Boards of several non-profit institutions and the Chair for World Peace at the University of Maryland.
